Ideally we want to have people linking to the Baldwin campaign for free. But I would say that sermonaudio.com is definitely our target market. They have tons of traffic and great advertising options. Couple that with the fact that Christians are looking for someone they can support with out compromising. Chuck is that candidate and its our job to let them know.

The benefit of reaching Christians is that they have a whole network of people they know with the same convictions in their churches. Also many Pastors would hopefully come on board as well.

I have used their service before with good success. It was also at a time when they did not have as much traffic and their email database was a bit smaller.

Is anyone up for raising money for this? If we can agree that this is a good idea. I'll put up a chipin box to get this funded and I will give the first $25.00 .

OK here's what I did for the chip in. I set it for $1500.00 to target the 3 month price. If we raise the first $500.00 and then giving stalls we can just buy the one month. We will let everyone who gave be in on that decision. But I think we should aim high and shoot for the 3 months.

I used my business paypal account for this. I will pay for the ads with my debit card that is tied to that account once we have the money raised. The account is empty because I don't use paypal anymore for that business.

We will need banners and buttons made for the advertisement. If anybody is good with graphics go ahead and make some up and post them here. The banner sizes are in the quotation a few posts above this one.

Now the question is this, where do we want to send the traffic from the advertisement? Do we want to send them directly to Chuck Baldwin's forth coming campaign website or do we want to send them here so they can learn more about him and we can encourage them to get active with the state parties?

My opinion is lets get them here to learn about Chuck Baldwin's positions and then we can hook them up with CP members in their area, and of course send them to Chuck's website as well. The whole object is to get new people involved in this campaign and in the Constitution Party.

Lets figure this out.

If your talking about a button linking to this site, another member has volunteered to make some and should have them by the weekend I hope. If you would like to link to Chucks official site there is a thread called "Banners" in the Grassroots forum of this site. There are some nice ones there. There are also some that were made for this site in that thread which are nice, but I had already asked another member to start working on some others so I am waiting to see what materializes.

Check out sermon audio at http://www.sermonaudio.com and look up in the left hand corner, you can see how many people are using the site at this moment, which is 2663 users. That user counter pretty much stays at or about that level of users all day long. It is a pretty high traffic site.

Also those people will be on board with the pro life plank of the platform. I think we could recruit some people from there to get involved in the grassroots and being Church going people they have a whole network of people to recruit themselves.

At this point it looks like they have five advertisers site wide. So that would mean that our banner would rotate in with only five other advertisers. Plus we would be one of only five links going out to 172,000 email boxes every Friday.
