If Texas now allows the 2 major parties to get on the ballot, then the CP should have no trouble getting on. Then again- it's the Government!

We're going to the Secretary of State's office Tuesday to turn in our petitions. Looks like Chuck is on the ballot in Kentucky.

Well some good news! The CP of Texas DID file the write-in papers for Baldwin/Castle. The Secretary of State's office just misplaced them. All is okay in Texas (well, not ballot status) after all.
