Ballot Access updates
The national website or Baldwin site has to put up an update map. There should be something that we can easily look at and see where we are on the ballot and where we are in the process on gaining signatures. The libertarians do a good job of this.

RE: Ballot Access updates
That is a good idea. But in the mean time, those who are aware of the site Ballot Access News can check that information there monthly (but at a one month lag). Just click the link for the most recent month's paper issue in the menu at the right side of the page. Here's April's:

I am a subscriber to B.A.N. As of May 1st the CP has ballot status in 19 states and are waiting for official notification of status in 3 more where ballot drives are complete.

RE: Ballot Access updates
The abolute most important thing at this time is ballot access. Who is in charge of ballot access? Someone at national or do the states oversee it ?

EndTheEmpire,
To answer your question: Yes.
There is a National Field Director, Gary Odom to handle Ballot-access issues.
And it is also up to each state.

RE: Ballot Access updates
Thanks! Mr. Gary Odum is the most important man in the world for the next 75 days. It's time to gain ballot access.
I know all a person can do depends on what time they have to get the job done.
We need copies of "A LEGAL" worded ballot access form and a copy of the official rules for each state in which the Party intends at this time to attempt access. A form which can be copied from the computer and be utilized locally by volunteers. Needed information is located on your Sec. of State's website.
Three COMPETENT CP members who live near the state capitals should volunteer to turn in all signatures. I say 3, in case something happens to one or 2 the third can get these important forms turned in on time to the Sec.of State. Volunteers from all over the state can mail their filled out forms to one of these people in the capital before the deadline.
THIS IS IMPORTANT. The more states with ballot access the more votes in Nov. Larger states need to be TARGETS: NY, PA, IL, NJ, GA, etc.
Any volunteers to research and post the form and law, any volunteers to turn in the signatures?
It's time to get ballot access in HIGH GEAR. The country we save will be our grandchildren's and their grandchildren...
