SoverignMN,

Im not sure that WOULD be smart. It might look too much like pandering. However, he should have a live donation-counter. Id like to see it be very modern, rather than the throw-back style Peroutka had.

But,with all that said, Peroutka DID have a great web-prescence comapred to Howard Phillips.

RE: Blogging for Baldwin

I looked at both and would prefer one like Paul's, but Barr's is very similar to Paul's. Either or, one needs to get up sooner than later.

RE: Blogging for Baldwin

Shotdown, what I mean is that it should be very clear what his positions are and deadlines are coming up that his supporters need to know about. Paul's site was great in the months prior to the primaries because it had very clear dates explaining when registration deadlines were occurring, etc. A casual person investigating Paul would find the site and easily be able to figure out 1) What his positions were 2) How to get involved

RE: Blogging for Baldwin

I spoke with Baldwin's office today, they are working with their designer to get the new site online as soon as possible. I told them the grassroots campaign was already taking off. We have a Meetup Group here in Central Florida that will be meeting in a couple of weeks. We are hoping the Ron Paul Revolution will carry over to the Chuck Baldwin campaign. It would be nice if Ron Paul would publicly endorse Baldwin as well.

RE: Blogging for Baldwin

JGrubbs,

We've already been told that Paul wont endorse anyone until late September,if at all.
So WE'VE got to convert the Paul-troops to the Baldwin-troops.

Which shouldnt be a hard-sell, they're very very close.

I agree with you SovereignMN. 1) What his positions were 2) How to get involved is a must!

Hayhurst, it sounds so simple but I'm amazed at how many people can't get it right.

I know.

When you have to go searching for the most basic information, it's never good. It should be in plain site with easy access. The point is to draw people in, not frustrate and push them away.

I'm sure the site will be great.

RE: Blogging for Baldwin

I have operated a blog for several years, it is current form is at http://swampfoxfiles.blogspot.com . I have been promoting Ron Paul, but as of Monday I began making the transition to Chuck Baldwin. In the coming I will be pushing the Baldwin campaign on there as hard as possible.
