RE: Bob Barr's got the momentum...

I saw Barr on a Comedy Central show asked about voting for the Patriot Act and all he said is that is has been misused. He was upset that it was used for things other than terrorism. So, in other words if I call you a terrorist I can violate your rights. Not exactly constitutional or libertarian.

Respectfully, my friends ...

Maybe you are unaware that Bob Barr voted for the Patriot Act, the war, and the Department of Homeland Security.

I could NEVER vote for someone who has a record like this. It wasn't one bad vote it was many, his involvement with the war on drugs and the CIA. I don't believe he understands government and how it should be run.

Chuck Baldwin was out on the road vigorously campaigning for Dr. Paul. Where was Bob Barr?

Yep!
Barr is a no for me also. Chuck is man of great integrity. I voted for Peroutka/Baldwin in o4'. Barr just seems a little snakey. Everyone makes mistakes, and I will give the man the benefit of the doubt in that he has since changed his mind, but I will not vote for him when there is a man like Baldwin running.

Bob Barr is CFR selected due to his former CIA background to keep the Libertarians politically impotent.

The NWO knows that many Ron Paul supporters will be swayed to the Libertarian Party.

We have to keep putting out Bob Barr's seedy past.

I just posted a lot of Chuck Baldwin's information at the Ron Paul Forums.

Many RP supporters still seem conflicted just like the NWO no doubt planned.

Sadly I'm afraid you have the truth, I personally don't plan to be negative against anyone but McSame and B.O. McSame is a card toting member of the CFR and B.O.'s handlers are members or lackeys.

We all need to push Ballot Access for Dr. B....

Yeah, I gotta say, all the Meetup guys I've gotten to know over the last year are all going to the Barr camp. I wish Baldwin luck, but I guess it just seems silly to splinter off the pro-freedom vote into multiple third parties. I'm hearing that Baldwin has zero chance to even get on the ballot here (Indiana).

No hard feelings or anything...I do sincerely wish you guys luck!

Hate to have to bring up the 800-pound gorilla in the room; but what do you guys think about his campaign?

I'm not overly concerned. The Libertarians are badly divided over Barr. Libertarians are generally good at fund raising and organizing, but, after about forty years of existence, have proven themselves incapable of going mainstream. They, by no means, appeal to "Joe Six-Pack". Their message has gaping holes in it and most voters are not attracted to, if you will excuse the expression, tea sippers. The "800-pound gorilla" may, in truth, be an 80-pound chimpanzee.

Most of the people in my Ron Paul meet up are either voting for Baldwin or writing in Paul. There's little support for Barr.

If you listen to CB's speeches, he seems more genuine than Bob Barr and covers a wide variety of issues, wheras Barr mainly focuses on personal liberty.
