CPMO at The Louisburg Picnic

We were able to hand hundreds of slim jims and various othe pieces of CP literature. The sign in front of the table was very helpful in getting people to stop so we could tell them about Chucks campaign as well as the campaign of our local candidates. The majority of those were in agreement with the sign and readily accepted our literature.

Our candidate for Governor Gregory Thompson, who was there on Thursday and Saturday, worked the crowd handing out slim jims as I manned the table. Many people actually came looking for our table as a result of talking to Greg out on the Fair grounds. I printed out the slim jims that are found on http://www.baldwin08.com onto card stock. Greg had his own campaign slim jims as well.

We also gave out some yard signs and were able to get permission to put a sign up at a high traffic area out on the main highway in fron t of a gas station.

It was a pretty good weekend.

Here is a couple pics of the fair
