CT ballot access

We will need help in CT. Although we have been around a long time our number are sparse. In the past our chairman has collected 90% of the signatures. I simply cannot do it working full time and with three small children at home. If you know someone who can help let me know.

We first need to get the petition forms. We are in the process of reapplying for them. The first time forms were not properly filled out. Once we get the forms we need 7,500 signatures from registered voters by the beginning of Aug. At this point the only way I can see it happenning is if we are able to hire a paid petitioner. We are currently trying to raise money for this.

Stormcommander,
Are you you or someone you know poosibly able to help?

RE: CT ballot access

Well I live in CT so I suppose I could get as many signatures as possible and then send it in the mail or something... I mean even if I only get 20, that's better than nothing I guess =)

The CT requirement is 7500 valid signatures to be submitted by August 6 so it is not out of the question but not easy either. It will take at least 10 to 12,000 raw signatures to get 7500 valid ones.

RE: CT ballot access

Just a note, Stop & Shop is usually pretty friendly to petition drives. With the help of the CT. Reform Party we were able to gather the 2700 I needed to run for Reform Party Registrar of Voters here in Newington. Hope this helps, not to much time left.
