I think it's good - I'd suggest making the contrast between Obama/McCain and Baldwin (where it says "Baldwin Commentaries on our border problems)

Maybe emphasize "There IS a candidate who thinks differently ..." or at least make the "Baldwin Commentaries" a bit larger - ??

The only other thing is perhaps a disclaimer on the bottom of the flyer that says "this flyer is not endorsed/sanctioned/paid for by any candidate or political party; it is designed and funded by grassroots volunteers - " yadda yadda yadda ...
