RE: Exposure
Does anybody know what happened in the court case to put the Constitution Party/Chuck Baldwin on the ballot in Pennsylvania?
The hearing was today (10 Sep) and the decision will come within the next few days. Check http://www.ballot-access.org for updates.

RE: Exposure
I just read Ron Paul’s big announcement. What a joke. He may have had some viewpoints that many of you liked, but his judgment has been incredibly lacking. This also does not look good for Chuck Baldwin. Instead of being a strong leader, he consistently gave way to Ron Paul and stood in his shadow.
The Constitution Party still lives and will need to grow at the grass roots level. However the Presidency this year is shot (Sarah Palin saw to that). We need to keep this forum alive. We need to grow a strong independent party. I trust our Patriot Spirit will eventually prevail, unless the Lord chooses otherwise.

RE: Exposure
It's hard to believe how so many people out there belive the myth that voting third party is throwing your vote away. Unless you live in a battleground state, you're throwing your vote away regardless of who you vote for. A vote for Baldwin, or some other third party canidate, would at least create the possibility of an alternative to the coke/pepsi canidates next time.

AMEN!
As Ron Paul said: "A vote for the lessor of two evils is still evil!"
