RE: Georgia Ballot Access
According to Ballot Access News this effort requires 44,089 valid signatures to qualify the party for a place on the ballot and/or 42,489 to qualify just the national ticket (presumably as independents). In either event the due date for submitting the petitions is July 8. This will be tough since at least 60,000 raw signatures will be required to make certain there are enough valid ones. Good luck!

RE: Georgia Ballot Access
Anything over 50000 could past muster. Twenty % above required is always worth attempting. Fifty % above is asking a bit much with the deadlines faced.

RE: Georgia Ballot Access
My experience with petitioning is that at least one-third of the total signatures are not valid. That number can be higher in states with restrictions such as a signer cannot have voted in a primary or in the case of paid petitioners who are paid per signature collected. Like I said earlier, it will be tough.

Granted if we are gathering signatures strictly through "man on the street" petitioning you will get a high reject rate. Our effort is primarily reaching out to known Georgia voters sympathetic to our principles and having them sign the petition. So our pass rate will be higher.
Georgia voters reading this thread need to get the petition and instructions (read carefully!) and at least sign your name to the petition, get it notarized, and turn it in! Better if you can get some family and friends at church or work to sign. Forward the petition and instructions to friends to your email contacts! I'm calling this effort "viral petitioning" -- if everyone starts today we can easily make 50K by the end of the month.
Petitions need to be sent to the Constitution Party of Georgia by June 30th.

RE: Georgia Ballot Access
The pastor in the Macon area is working on this, hope you make it. Ga is tied with NJ and NC with 15 Electoral College Votes each. GA access would be a golden bonus to this campaign.
