The following is info I retrieved from ballot-access.org. Here are the following deadlines for the realistic states/districts to achieve ballot access. I grew up in the Democratic-Socialist People's Republic of New York so I'm not going to list them, nor DC, where 3,300 or so people need to be found that believe in Constitutional govt. HA! Anyhow, here goes: Iowa- Aug 15.......Tenn- Aug 21......Virginia- Aug 22.........Wyoming- Aug 25.......Kentucky and Wisconsin- Sept 2.........Rhode Island- Sept 5.......Alabama- Sept 8...........Minnesota- Sept 9.........I encourage the people of those states to put in the extra effort so that we can hit over 40 states. If the national campaign is reading this, please schedule Chuck and Darrell to speak there at county fairs if for no other reason than to get signatures from registered residents. If you are from these states and have gotten as few as 10 or more sigs in the last two weeks, please reply to this to ignite our hope!!!!!

I'd be happy to sign the petition (whereever it is), but I've had no contact from the official campaign or the official Tennessee Constitution Party about this. I've tried touching base with the TN party chairman and I've donated to the Baldwin campaign. I don't know what else to do really. Maybe I should whitepage the chairman's phone number and show up at his door...

Do it Josh. And while you're there see if he has any spare petitions for you to circulate among friends, neighbors and relatives.

The CP leadership of Iowa emailed me and confirmed that they have ballot access. ballot-access.org confirms this. The ballot-access website also states that we are on in Virginia as well! Thank you to all who took the time to provide people a fiscally responsible choice on the ballot, as well as one who will defend the unborn and protect our nation's borders.
