Its Takes Money for Ballot Access
It takes money to get on the ballot in all 50 states. It looks like we will miss Arizona and Texas, but with New York at 15,000 signatures with some money we could make it. Please send money today.
.
I have button samples of baldwin/Castle buttons and bumper stickers please send me your e-mail address and I will e-mail you a copy. Big Brown

Send money where? To the official campaign or to the NY CP?

Send money to the National marked ballot-access for New York State.

RE: Its Takes Money for Ballot Access
Is there an organized ballot drive underway in New York? Someone should be coordinating ballot drives at national to make certain the resources are spent where they can make an impact. My understanding is that New York has very difficult rules about who can circulate petitions within specific areas and so forth. Lets be sure we are not pissing contributions away when they may make a difference elsewhere.

I heard there were two groups in New York claiming power.
I sure National will make sure Money is well spent. If we don't send money there is NO chance.

RE: Its Takes Money for Ballot Access
The New York election law requires all the signatures to be gathered starting in late June, submitted 6 weeks later. So it's not possible to be circulating in that state yet.
The New York courts struck down rules saying that circulators must live in the district, but the state still requires all the signatures to be gathered by New York state residents.

That is my understanding as well. According to what I have been told, the older group (those who chose to disaffiliate themselves after the Nevada wars, I believe) is opposing Baldwin/Castle and refuses to give their endorsement.

LP told me awhile back it was roughly $1 for every signature if you have professionals go door-door.
yes, you are right no NY. The affiliate with Head in NYC (Italian sournding name) is the correct one. The other for seom reason has retained name, but largely defunct.

RE: Its Takes Money for Ballot Access
To save much needed funds, volunteers need to be utilized wherever and whenever possible. Who is in charge of access for the party ? That person should have a set target.
Naturally the more the better, however the more Electorial College Votes eligible in the CP column the better. The CP needs access in as many of the twenty-five largest states as possible. If Texas is lost, NY, FL, IL, MI, OH, NJ, PA,NC,GA,VA etc, are musts. Retaining CA is of vital importants if the Party is to be a major player this year. Other important states are MA, MY, IN, MO, MN, WI, CO, AZ, WA, TN, LA, AL, KY, SC, All others are bonus/gravy.
With the endorsement of Dr. Baldwin by one of the main 9-11 truthers over the weekend, hundreds, if not thousands of volunteers are on the way. The ballot access coordinator must be ready to utilize this help to acquire the much needed access at a minimum cost.
If funds can be transferred from ballot access to paid ads, the vote totals would multiple as never before! Using volunteers in ballot access, is sound advice.

RE: Its Takes Money for Ballot Access
I hope that they help out Chuck Baldwin but their main focus will hopefully be restoring the constitution and not what they think happened on 9-11.
