I'm curious Raymond, where did this info come from ? the most effective color to use is white lettering on reflex blue background
Anywho, The Interstate highway system needs signs to reach millions also. I also feel a web address or phone # needs to be on signs so they can learn more about the campaign if they wish.

Well, we now have our candidate for president and we need to let people know who he is. Dr. Baldwin is going to need people who are willing to place signs out on there lawn and around town. If you go and have signs made, the most effective color to use is white lettering on reflex blue background.
Also anybody with any creative talent with photoshop and such should put their skills to work making some fliers and release the file to the rest of the community so we all can print off fliers to hand out around town.
The campaign will need all of us to get the word out about Chuck Baldwin for President and the Constitution Party.
We can do it.

I attended the leadership conference this year at the National Committee meeting in Iowa. There were three instructors all who were experienced in running many political campaigns for different candidates ranging from the office of the president all the way down to local offices.
All three said the most effective color to use for political signs is white lettering on a reflex blue background . None of them would use anything else. I'll take their word for it.
Its definitely easier to read while driving by at 45 - 50 miles per hour. I always look at political signs now, and Red or yellow signs are harder to read while driving by.
A great place to put flyers is on the bulletin board at apartment complexes in your city, or really any bulletin board where a lot of people will see it. At our apartment we have a bulletin board right above all of the PO Boxes and everyone sees it. So I'm always putting stuff up there for people to see.
Well, here's a design based on the blue background idea. I tried to keep it simple.
It's for 18"x12". What is the best, most popular size?
Oh, and how do I get the image itself to appear in my post?
Great looking sign!
To put the image in your post you will have to upload the image itself, not contained in a pdf file. Then there is a option below in the attachment frame that says "insert into post". Press that button and it will put a thumbnail into the post which can be clicked to enlarge.
If you want to a large picture in your post, like some of the flyers around here you will have to upload it to photobucket then post the url and path to the image in your post.
I like the PDF better, the original is a .ppp (serif pageplus 9) which I can't get to upload as an attachment and probably not many readers could open it anyhow.
For 100 signs it would run $367.70 (includes screen setup, wire stands, and shipping to me). So one sign costs $3.68. If anyone is interested, send me a private message. Of course, anyone interested would need to pay for shipping from me to them.
If anyone has experience getting signs made and knows of a better place to have them done, let me know. I just searched on the web and found this place.
And thanks, Raymond, for the info about attachments.

Anita Andrews and The official campaign is planning a strategy to market Chuck Baldwin. I assume every sign, every Flyer, etc. will reflect this strategy. I'm waiting for official Campaign marketing Items !!

To tell the truth, I would prefer "official" campaign materials, too. But when will they be available? I think some professional-looking grassroots campaign material can fill the gap while we wait.
