Okay but Ed Noonan still has access to the website. And there will be a court battle and you how California courts illegally legalized gay marriage. They might violate the court laws and say that the online meeting was legit. What is the plan B.

According to Richard Winger of Ballot Access News the Ed Noonan faction has no standing. He believes the convention which was just held and nominated a slate of electors pledged to Baldwin and Castle will hold up in the eyes of the Secretary of State. Game over for Alan Keyes. It is too late to qualify a party for the 2008 ballot already and for all practical purposes too late to qualify an independent candidate as well.

Our case is solid. Baldwin WILL be on the ballot. As for trhe website, yes Noonan controls it--but that should end soon enough.
