Well if from the article the guy wrote I doesn't look like he researched Chuck Baldwin very much before he come here.
Likely not, more likely, support based on emotionalism initially

Read Carefully what Chuck Adkins is saying. He believes that there are only TWO sources of income for governments:
1. Income Tax
and
2. Sales Tax
He's obviously never heard of tarrifs, or any of the OTHER ways that the federal government gained revenue BEFORE the income tax. I can't remember, but didn't the states raise money however they wanted to on the state level and then send a portion of it to the federal government?
